Instructions for Refilling Propane Gas:

To properly refill propane gas, follow these steps:

1. Begin by placing the empty 1 lb cylinders in a freezer for several hours to lower the vapor pressure inside the tank.

2. Next, invert your 5-40lb propane tank and connect the QCC1 fitting to the cylinder. Ensure the 1/4'' on-off control valve is closed.

3. Install the 1" x 20 Female throwaway cylinder thread onto the 1lb tank cylinder.

4. Open the valve on the 5-40lb tank cylinder, then turn on the 1/4" propane control valve.

5. Once the flow of liquid propane into the 1lb tank cylinder stops, close the 1/4" propane control valve and remove the small tank.
